At Mega Sport, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your athletic gear. You can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account, select the relevant order from your history, and click the 'Request Return' button to receive your authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original box or any secure packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop-off

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location or return it directly to any Mega Sport retail branch.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
